Problems with new DC

I have installed AD on a new DC, which is the First Forest Root Domain
Controller, but the DNS Server doesn't load the AD zone. Please heeelp!!!

Is your DC pointing to the DNS for DNS resolution? Check the properties of
the network card and verify that it is pointing to only your internal DNS
servers. Is the DNS server configered to host the forward lookup zone for
your AD domain? If it is, then open a command prompt and type the following
commands:

net stop netlogon
ipconfig /registerdns
net start netlogon

Then check the DNS server to see if it has loaded the
