problems with navigation bar

Hello,

At the moment I am creating a website about a visit to Spain. I'm using
Frontpage 2002. So far, I haven't had any notable problems, but this week, I
noticed something odd. Most of the pages in the web contain a navigation bar
based on the navigation structure of the site. However, there is at least
one page where the bar doesn't appear completely after publishing. This is
how the page looks like in a browser:
http://members.tripod.com/chicabarcelona/barcelona.htm However, in
Frontpage, when working on the page, I see the bar I really want: a bar that
does not only contain a link to the homepage, but also to 3 sections: Gaudí,
Modernism and Various. I've published the site several times and I have even
published the page individually, but nothing seems to help. Does anyone have
a clue what's going on?

Another note: when I change the navigation structure, I get a weird error
when publishing. Something like: "There's a conflict between your present
navigation structure and the structure someone else made. What should I do?"
I then get 3 choices. Maybe I've picked the wrong one so far ("mix both
views" or something) but now I took the second option ("change structure")

Best to always chose the replace structure unless you are "merging" 2 webs
