Problems with ms03-39

I installed the new security patch 824146 and the servers
stopped responding to HTTP requests. We have two servers
runing win2000 advanced server using the load balancer
from Microsoft.

We had to unsinstall.

Any suggestions?

The MS load balancer is a pointless (but very technicaly clever program.)
Don't use it and get a proper hardware load balancer :
