Problems with Macro - HELP! Urgent

Hi

I have create some vba code to automate some of my work in outlook. It was
running well for a long time. but all of sudden it didnt work. It didnt allow
me to run macro manually, no allow me to check the security level or open my
VBA script editor.

Anyone has any idea to solve this problem. Please assist and I appreciate it
very much.

Help menu, About, Disabled Items, makes sure scripting is not listed.
