Problems with locking tool bar

I cant lock my tool bar, and there a few programs I cant
get rid of, Like lycos sidesearch bar, when I try to
uninstall its says cant uninstall DLL file its being used
please close windows and try again, and the windows isnt
open. Also this pther one comes up all the time called the
web search is it part of it?? HELP

I have the same problem!

please email me if you find a way to delete all those
unecessary add-ons by third party distributers! I hate it
when everytime i open IE6 I need to disable "My Yahoo
Companion" or "Lycos search" or "Netster"!
