Hello

Just before the holidays, I got a virus and my firewall was deactivated.

I got rid of the virus but had to put a shortcut back to my firewall .exe
(Kerio Firewall) into

C:\Documents and Settings\My name\Menu Démarrer\Programmes (démarrer =
startup folder in French)

So Kerio should be activated at start up but here's the crunch.

Sometimes, it doesn't start up at all, sometimes it starts up but indicates
an error and yet seems to be running ok and sometimes it start up without
any problem.

What might be causing such an intermittent problem in startup?

Thanks

Dave Neve

PS Kerio no longer gives support so I can't ask them

Kerio Personal Firewall was acquired by Sunbelt Software. Ask them. Have
you tried uninstalling / reinstalling it?
