problems with internet

i can not open an attachment from certain senders. it
says in the attachment area oe has removed this file
because it is an unsafe attachment

what's the deal

Greetings Jan,

If you mean within Outlook Express, you can turn this feature off, click the Tools menu in
Outlook Express, then Options, then the Security tab, uncheck 'Do not
allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus' and then click OK.
