Hi! I've been experiencing a couple of problems with
Internet Explorer 6.0 which I was hoping someone could
help me out with.

For starters, I have this heading under "View ->
Toolbars" called 'crueewsshdr' which I don't know how to
get rid of. Everytime I open Internet Explorer, this
toolbar is always present, even though I uncheck it over
and over again.

Secondly, every time I do open Internet Explorer (be it
through MSN Messenger or through desktop), it always goes
to a search page called 'www.mysearchnow.com'; I've set
my homepage to 'wwww.bbc.co.uk' but it still doesnt help
at all, because the 'www.mysearchnow.com' page still
keeps popping up by default.

Anyhow... I hope someone can help me out since this thing
is getting really annoying to endure everytime I sit down
on the computer. Help needed.... FAST!!!

Somewhere on your computer there is a stealth program that
is designed to take you automatically to this web-site. It
is a common problem.

From the sounds of it it may only work on IE6, so there is
no telling when this program was installed. As you don't
know what it's properties are there is no telling whether
an anti-virus program will work on it either. If you have
anti-virus software try running that. If no tor if that
doesn't work try installing freeware: adaware. Available
from www.zdnet.co.uk or .com. If that doesn't work the
only thing to do is browse through all you program files
and try to find a program that doesn't sound like it
belongs. Disable it by copying to another file. If that
doesn't help, copy the file back in to program files. If
this doesn't work I'm stumped.
