I sent an HTML email for a client to about 600 emails
using ColdFusion emailer I wrote. The emails were sent out
successfully, but the HTML form I had in the email failed
to have an action="http://. . . " attribute in a large
percentage of the emails. I had tested to make sure the
HTML email and form worked corrected on my computer, but
on other users, it seems to strip out the action in the
form. On two computers here with the same versions of
Outlook 2002 and Explorer, one had the corect embedded
form and the other did not have any action. Is this a
security feature? I looked at the setting on both Outlooks
and they looked to be the same. Can anyone help?. . .

Hi,

Did you checkout the Service packs installed in the Two systems ? They might
make a difference ifthe Service acks in one of the computers differ from the
Other.

Hope this helps !!!

thanks for the hint . . .i will have a look and see. . .
if this is the case, does that mean that forms are no
longer welcome in html emails?. . .
