Problems with Excel 2003 Toolbar

My tool bar will no longer load correctly in Excel 2003. I have a backup
copy of my Excell11.xlb file that works on another Office 2003 computer.
That file contains two custom tool bars. The tool bars appear about 1/2 inch
long with no icons. I have tried resetting, deleting, etc with no success.
This computer did have a version of Office 2007 installed and then removed.
Any ideas? Thank you

Thank you. I un-installed Office 2003. Deleted everything I could find
related to Office. Used Reg Cleaner on the registry. Manually deleted
entries in the registry and then reinstalled. Now my toolbar works again.
Seems like there should be an easier solution, but at least it now works.
