Problems with EWF in RAM Reg Mode

I have configured my configuration according to the description from
Microsoft

After the configuration and the FBA run I set the registry keys according to
this description. And after the next restart I got a bluescreen. The
bluescreen comes also when i set the registry keys in the XPe toolkit. So I
think the registry keys are wrong! Or what else can it be? I have no solution
how to get this RAM Reg mode running. Has anybody some experience with this
configuration?

Are you using SP2? Have you resolved dependencies especially
making sure EWF NTLDR is used instead of the standard NTLDR?
