Problems with entering cell number

When entering a cell number into one of the cells in xcell it throws the zero
away. What do I do to fix this?
 
Hi

Excel does not retain leading zeros with numbers.
You will need to enter it as text.
Either, preformat the cells as Text, or, insert a single quote in front of
the number as you enter it
'012345
 
You can enter your number and then format it to display with leading zeroes.
Example: enter 123 and custom format the display as 00000. Your number will
display as 00123.
