Problems with Contacts - help needed.

I have MS Outlook 2002 (10.6515.6714) SP3 on a Win XP Home SP2 machine,
with all critical updates installed.

I dragged and dropped the .pst files from an old machine onto this new
machine.

I can see all my old Messages, Contacts and Calendar which is great.

However when I create a new message and click on any of the address
buttons, To... Cc..., I get an error message as follows:

The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder
associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been
moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions. For information on
how to remove this folder from the Outlook Address Book, see Microsoft
Outlook help.

How do I associate my Contacts folder, which I can see in the Outlook
Shortcuts sidebar, with the new message address list?
