Problems with bookmarks

I am designing template that is filled out by a UserForm
macro but having a problem with inserting the same
bookmark on two different locatiosn on the same page. I
tried this: I selected a one-space and Insert > Bookmark
(Text1) on the first placeholder at the beginning of the
document. Then I selected a different one-space and
Insert > Bookmark (Text1, same bookmark) for this second
location. The bookmark holder for the first location then
disappeared. It seems like playing hide-and-seek on me.
What did I do wrong? Any pointers would be greatly
appreciated!

Doug,

Thanks for your help. I tried to make each bookmark
unique and fixed the UserForm's Commandbutton to insert
Textbox into the "new" unique bookmarks (twice the
insertion). Voila: Problem solved! You did save me hours
of headaches.

Cheers,
Airplane

That would do it, but it is not what Doug said.
Insert the textbox at the first bookmark, then use {Ref Bookmarkname} to
repeat.
