Problems with AOL address book

Help! I'm trying to get my AOL address book into Outlook,
but don't know where to start! Any help would be GREATLY
appreciated by this elderly, computer iliterate, Outlook
user. Thank you so much!

Ps. I have posted this question before, have gotten no
replies. Please help!
