Intellisync problems - transferring AOL address book Outlook

I'm trying to transfer my AOL address book to Outlook 2002 and my
Pocket PC, which uses MS Active Sync 3.7. There are a couple of
problems which I'm hoping someone can help with.

1. While most of the addresses in AOL are successfully transferred to
Outlook, many of them do not, and are omitted for no apparent reason.
Some of these addresses are grouped into specific categories in AOL,
but I doubt that this would be causing the problem...or could it? Since

AOL apparently has no indication as to how many addresses are in the
address book, I'm unable to determine the exact number of addresses
being omitted or to identify them.

2. For the addresses that are transferred properly, only the e-mail
addresses are sync'd. All of the other information in the other fields,

such as first and last names, website address, categories, phone
numbers, etc. are not transferred. This occurs even for addresses that
were manually added (i.e. not "auto-added" by AOL). Does anyone know
how to get all of
this information to sync?

I'd really appreciate any suggestions on how to resolve these issues
with Intellisux ;) Thanks!

No one?

By the way, it turns out that Intellisync successfully transferred the
address book for some of my AOL screen names, but for some reason, did
not work for the others. I didn't get any error messages, and it
appeared to work, but upon comparing the data, nothing was transferred.

Sounds like you should talk to whomever supplied Intellisync.
