Problems with access page Drop down list

I receive this message:

"Insufficient key column information for updating or refreshing"

When changing the drop down list; therefore my tables are not updating at
all, Explorer does not let me get out of the record unless I choose to close
without saving the changes.

Is there any way to fix this issue?

is your key column part of your combobox query source?..and what is being
bound by the combobox?
