problems with a "won't go away error message"

I keep getting the same "the system has recovered from a
serious error" message over and over" and Microsoft
won't help me unless I pay them. It occurred a couple of
weeks after I installed security downloads recommended by
their website. The error codes data is as follows:

does anyone know what this is.
