Problems viewing workgroup computers/sharing folders etc.

I have a small network of 2 computers.

XP Pro box connected via cable to a D-Link DI 614+ and a static IP
192.168.0.100

XP Home box connects via 802.11b connection with statid IP address of
192.168.0.101

When I try to view workgroup computes I can only see the computer that I
am accessing from.

I can surf the web and I can ping each computer from the other.

I am using TCP/IP on both computers.
