problems viewing "General Tab"

Hi,
I cannot view "General tab" under tools->internet
options. Accidently something might have been deleted.
Tried reinstalling IE but didnt help, i still cant see it.
Any ideas ??
 
Start-Run-Regedit

There could be more than one "GeneralTab" value.
Try these keys first and then search for GeneralTab (no space)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Control Panel

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Control Panel

Remove "GeneralTab" if present.
