Problems synchronising my nokia n73.

I successfully synchronised my n73 with Outlook (2003) but all appointments
in the mobile phone now appear at times 3.5 hours later than they appear in
Outlook.

The mobile phone company is saying it's an Outlook issu - any ideas? I used
to have another Nokia which sync'd no problem.

Most likely the timezone settings on the phone doesn't match with the one
being used in Outlook.
