Problems Shutting Down

Guest

I seem to be having issues when shutting my computer down. This all started
after I installed that bloody SP2. Anyway, I go to shut down then the icon
pops up asking me to choose what I wish to do. I click on Shut Down and
instead of shutting the computer down it actually restarts. After it is done
rebooting I go through the same process again and the computer will then shut
down. Any ideas?
