Problems setting windows mail

I've been trying to set up a windows email account but can't. I've entered my
email's server names (POP3/SMTP) and did everything according to the
instructions but keep getting this error message:

Account: 'pop.mail.yahoo.com', Server: 'pop.mail.yahoo.com', Protocol:
POP3, Server Response: '-ERR [AUTH] invalid user/password', Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

Windows Mail cannot access any webmail account, like most Yahoo and Hotmail
accounts.
If you pay for the Plus accounts, then you are allowed to access the POP
servers.

To change the server names,
Tools - Accounts - (youraccount) - Properties - server

Who is your Internet Service Provider (ISP)?
Some of them have special arrangements with Yahoo for email service.
If your ISP is not partnering with Yahoo, are you paying separately for
Yahoo's Mail Plus service?
