Problems setting NTFS permissions

I need to grant ASPNET permissions to a folder. However,
when I right-clicked on the folder to get to properties,
the Security Tab WAS NOT FOUND.

I am running Win XP with NTFS. How do I get the Security
Tab to display. When I look at the Win XP user account
for ASP.NET, there is nothing telling you how to
add/remove resoures.

Any clues?

Windows Explorer | Tools | Folder Options and uncheck the box at the bottom
of the list labelled 'use simple file sharing'. Close Windows Explorer then
open it again.
