Problems seeing the page when writing email, will not scroll down

Starting today, when writing an email message, when my typing gets to the
bottom of the viewable page, I can no longer see what I am typing. What
happened and how do I change this.

Try resizing the window and making it smaller when that happens and see if
scrollbars appear.
