Problems saving appointments

I'm have issues that are past my knowledge so thank you in advance for your
help.

1- I have recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 when I try to enter a new
appointment it gives me the message " The form required to view the message
cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator.

2- Have have purchased a new HTC Touch phone with Activesync and have
recently added several appointments to the phone and when I sync they do not
show up in the calender. I have even lost a lot of info as it syncs on the
phone I checked the relationship for syncing and I have it set to replace
items on the desktop is this not correct? I thought this way I shoudn't lose
anything from the phone but I am.
I also have checked my snyc results and it shows no conflict?

3-I have set up an office live space to share documents and calenders with
my workmates. I can't do much testing as to how this is going to work until I
have these other issues resolved.

Try clearing the forms cache. Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>Custom
Forms>Manage Forms>Clear Cache or delete the (usually hidden) file
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\FORMS\FRMCACHE.DAT

Do you have ActiveSync synching all items or only current and future items?
If you display the calendar in By Category view, can you see the events?
