Problems printing photo paper

I printed out some pictures that were sent to me thru email and the color
started out just like the picture and then half way thru the color turned to
reddish color and never straightened up. I put my settings on Photo Paper.
(HP 930 C printer) The photo paper I purchased today was HammerMill
Multi-Project Photo Paper Matte Finish. Could it be the photo paper or
maybe I'm running out of color ink. TIA
 
You're running out of ink. Do a test page, and look at the Windows logo:
you'll see it doesn't look right.
