Problems opening files in Win2k

I have a user that is getting this error 75% of the time
while trying to opena file from the network, or an
attachment in Outlook.

"Cannot find file.....Make sure the path and filename are
correct and libraries are available."

Any ideas on what would be causing this?

Try to narrow down which files are involved. Is it perhaps
long file names, or file names with embedded spaces?
