Last week I tried Office 2007 Beta. But I loved my 'old' 2003 version too
much (also because it's in Dutch) So I uninstalled it. Now I have a problem.

I can't doubleclick on a ppt file any longer to open it directly in
Powerpoint 2003.
I have to choose a programm from a list, but Powerpoint is not on that list.
So I browse for powerpnt.exe, select it, but then it is not added to the list.

Opening of a ppt file in the programm works great, but shortcuts won't
longer work.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Thank you very much! Ardjan

Run Detect and Repair from PPT's help menu. That should fix the issue.

If you installed 2007 into the same folder as 2003, 2003 is most likely gone.

Try installing 2003 again.

Yes! No more problems! All PPT files are again associated with powerpoint.
Thank you very much Patrick!

Thanks. This wasn't my problem, but could have been if I had upgraded my
Office version. I installed it apart from the old version.

Good idea. And glad to hear that Patrick's detect and repair suggestion worked.
