Problems occur when running multiple programs at the same time

I have a top of the line computer with 2 gb memory. Lately Ive been having a
problem when running macromedia flash, dreamweaver, winamp, word and
photoshop at the same time. When running 4 of the programs simultaneously
there is no problem, but when I start the 5th program things start to break
down. Menus in the programs disappeares I can't open files etc. Shouldn't my
computer be able to handle this many programs?

What can be the problem
/thnx in advance

No. Your expectations are unrealistic. Flash, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop
are extremely memory-intensive programs. One thing that will help with
Photoshop is to make sure your scratch disk is on another hard drive
entirely. But you need to choose which of those three programs you want
to run along with Winamp and Word instead of trying to run all three of
them.
