Problems installing multiple monitors

Hey all. I'm trying to setup 2 monitors. My main video card is an Asus
GeForce 4 Ti4200. No problems there. My second video card is a ATI Rage IIC
PCI card. When I install the second card, it detects the PCI card, and
installs the drivers, (The drivers that come with XP are the latest
apparently) but in device manager it gives me a code 10 and says the device
cannot start. What's it doing? How can I fix it?
