Problems installing 2000, HEP PLEASE!!

Need help. Windows 2000 is supposed to be a self booting
CD,right? I put it in and start the PC, it says remove disk
and hit any key. Then I go into Dos and Into D:setup and it
says this disk does not run in Dos, any help out there?

Setup.exe does not work in Win2k or any other version of NT for that matter.
You need to go into the I386 folder and run winnt.exe from there. The disk
not booting could be because of an OEM version of windows or your computer
doesn't support it. Either way you should be able to do this from the DOS
prompt.
