Problems During Load (XML file Open)

Hi
I am trying to debug an XML file open error, but cant find the log specified
in the error message:

"Problems During Load
Problems came up in the following areas during loda:
Table
This file cannot be opened because of errors. Errors are listed in
C:\Documents and Settings\myuserid\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.MSO\77FCCD38.log"

I can find no such log, nor the containing folder. Any clues would be
appreciated.
