Problems booting up

I have an Athlon AMD tm motherboard and had to replace the power
supply. Now when the system boots it sees the motherboard, but during
the memory check it goes no further. What could be the problem, Can
memory goes bad just from changing the power supply? I am at the same
wattage.

Dee,
Try reseating your memory,try a different slot.Make sure all
connections are seated properly.You might have bumped them loose.
