problems AGAIN

my perivous post:
well it all start a few days ago, msn messenger stoped working and gives
error code: 0x81000370
few days later my zone alarm security suite stoped runiing at start up and
couldnt start it manually either. so now i managed to remove it manually and
when i try to install it again it still gives me an error:
Validation failed for c:/docume~..\temp\VSINIT.dll

what is going on?

Troubleshooting Windows XP

i did the things mentioned by Kelly, it all worked fine, msn started working
and zone alarm. i didnt actually do any thing to fix zone alarm just
downloaded the registary check for msn and it fixed my problems, but NOW...
i got the same thing.
what could it be? its probaly a virus... any suggestions?
