Please help! I have a new HP m480n media center computer and ever since I
installed the MCE2005 update I have had nothing but problems. When I open
outlook I get an error message that Cab.file.511974.mainsp3ff.msp is missing.
I put the installation disc for my Outlook and went to custom install and
the outlook folder now has an X on it, so I could not reinstall the missing
file. My McAfee SpamKiller does not recognize me as a user and is no longer
filtering my email. I have spent 12+ hours on live chat with their techs (6
different people) and could not resolve the problem. They finally stated
that it could be a problem with the MCE update. Please help! :-)

I have tried to go to the XP pro help and support both live chat and system
diagnostics. I get a page that states, "Page you are trying to view cannot
be displayed. This may be because: If you are trying to view this page over
the network, there may be network congestion, or a problem with your
connection; or there may be an error in the pages address; or the page may
not be available." If I could access the live chat, maybe I could find a
solution to my problem.
