problems after changing sata basic disk to dynamic

i changed sata disk to dynamic and then i can't boot anymore, i can boot to
recoveryconsole but it can't see disk partitions right, it shows disk is
130gb, it's 250gb in real. with diskpart i can see two of my partitions
without driveletter and half of disk is unpartitioned space, before change i
had three partitions and all the space was in use. can i do anything to fix
the problem or is this again bug in windows/ntfs errorhandling which means i
need to reinstall everything again..
