Problems Accessing Documents, Pictures, Music and My Computer

I am unable to access my documents, pictures, music and my computer, also
unable to to access my control panel. I click on the icons and nothing
happens. My page freezes all the icons go away and then come back as if
nothing happened.

I also get an error message when I first log-in telling me unable to locate
rundll file. I wasn't looking for it and I have not deleted anything that
has to do with that program whatever it is.

Please don't tell me, it sounds like you have a virus. If it sounds like I
have a virus, what do I do?

Ok, you may have a virus. I know you didn't want to hear that, but it is a
distinct possibility. Run your anti-virus program and find out. You do
have an anti-virus program, don't you? How about spyware and adware
scanners? You use those don't you? Run them. Failing all that, have you
tried using the System Restore feature? Pick a restore point at some date
in the past when you know your system was running fine. Post back with your
progress.

Update 1 & 2 before running a scan.
