probleme

un jour ma session n'a plus voulu s'ouvrir avec mon mot de passe ,alors que
j'etais sur ma session administrateur !.Comment puis-je rentrer dans Ms-DOS
et contourner ce probleme ,afin de récupérer mes données ?.
