problema con la instalacion de winxp

al intentar instalar cualquier sistema operativo nt (2000 o xp) al momento en que se estan descargando las DLL al disco duro se produce un error diciendo que no puede grabar el archivo xxxxxxx.dll. he intentado con el bios del pc como lo sugiere la instalacion, he probado crear las particiones por scandisk, comprobe que el disco duro este bueno y nada, por favor ayudenme con esto....
