No bug if no DVD-writing program is being used for making DVD's. (Note
that Windows XP does not include a program for writing DVD's.)

There are softwares listed here, for burning optical disks. There
are some free ones. There are also commercial packages which
you can use for a limited time (evaluation or trial period).
