Problem

I have created a script and tested it successfully. But when I go to create
the Rules Wizard set up the first rule and then choose the Run Script option
nothing shows up. WHat am I doing wrong?
 
We can only guess, since you didn't provide any details on your "script." Such a rule takes a VBA macro with a MailItem or MeetingItem as its sole parameter. Did you construct your "script" like that?
