Simply put, there isn't ONE.

That is why I invariably urge users to employ multiple anti-threat scanning
tools, supplemented by a variety of online scanners (see links to 18 in my
sig.).

VirusTotal statistics ought to convince even the most righteously indignant
Pollyanna to reconsider the silly notion that ONE anti-malware "solution" is
far too few for their own safety.
