Problem

When i'm online (AOL) My server closes. When i try to reopen or refresh it just won't do it. I then try to restart my computer but it freezes, displaying "saving your settings" message. If i then close down the computer and fully restart it, everything is ok until the next time. I have run Norton 2004 Anti Virus but that says that my system is virus free. I am also up to date with Microsoft's Updates. Any help would be appreciated.
