Problem writing CD-RW

Lately, when I write a CD-RW using Windows Explorer (XP)
I end up with a CD that has zero bytes of free space.
This used to work. After that I cannot add any more files
to the CD.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Using the built-in burner? What type of files?

With XP's burner...
Data files can be appended, though this is not an efficient use of CD space.
Audio files cannot. They must be written in ONE session, which is then
closed.

If you are using the inbuilt burning the method used (which is not one
regarded as a CD-RW method - see http://aumha.org/win5/a/xpcd.htm)
always shows zero free space. But you can put the disk back in and
provided you take 'Open to view files in Explorer' there will be a
section of 'Files waiting to be written' to which you can add files to
make a new session.
