problem with word document

have problem when placing picture into document then a text box that it moves
the picture.
 
You need to set the text wrapping options, usually square or tight, on the
picture toolbar - the dog icon. It also helps to set the default in Tools |
Options Edit and Insert/paste pictures as and select from the drop-down menu.
Does this solve your problem?
