problem with WMV file.

I have problem to playWMV file: the file I've download has very long name
with extension ....wmv.002
I renamed this file to ....wmv - but WMP 9.0 show 'Unable open file with
this extension.." - unable play.

try renaming it to test.wmv

wmv.002 was the clue. It did not look right.

I tried to rename it to short name - not help.
''The file you are attempting to play has an extension that does not match
the file format. Playing it may result unexpected behaviour". When click'
yes' >. "windows media player can not play this file"

This is not 2nd part of multipart volume, just second WMV file, someone just
add it '002' extension. First file was much more big, but I renamed it and
it plays fine. I can only can suppose that it was corrupted.

If the file wasn't split, then it's corrupted somehow.
