Problem with VS and VB.NET Web App

Hi there, there is probably a better NG to ask this in but I have just
extended a web with FPSE2K2 on my server on port 85 and am trying to create
a web application on it using VS VB.NET Web Application.

I keep getting a 500 error in VS when attempting to create that app. Anyone
know why? I just installed .Net Framework 1.1...is there something else I
have to do?
