How are you uploading the presentation to your intranet site?

For example, are you saving from within PowerPoint to the site or using FTP or
...???

If FTP, make certain that your software is set to transfer the files as Binary,
not Text.

That doesn't say much about how the file was uploaded, but a few more things to check:

- If you go to the site, rightclick the file and choose Save Target As, then save the
file to your computer's desktop, can you then open it in PPT on your PC?

- Are there similar problems with other PPT files or is it just this one?

- Have you tried deleting the file from the site and uploading it again?

Dear Steve,

Thanks your quick reply but finally i find out the solution. Actually our
ISA server (which is working as an array server of our corporate proxy) is
having problem to download incompelete file from our intranet site. while
file is being upload with actual size. So, after uncheck the proxy setting
its now working fine. Now, we have to check ISA setting that why its going
problem bcz it was running fine. You can also suggest me that what ISA
setting should be check.

Best Wishes

Hi Azam,

I'm glad you found the problem. As far as ISA settings, I'm afraid I can't help. I don't
even know what ISA means. ;-)
