Instructions provided by what? Do you have an unzipper that will handle
RARs? WinRAR does, although it isn't free. I believe 7-Zip will and it
is free.
Expansion of RAR files is not native to Vista (or any other version of
Windows that I am aware of) so you will have to obtain third party software
to do the job. Stuffit Expander is free and can expand RAR and many other
compression formats: http://www.stuffit.com/win/expander/index.html .
